Taylor Wilson - President
As President, Taylor oversees and leads the strategy of the company. As a native Austinite with a family history in construction, Taylor has building in his bones. He takes pride in curating a team that is best suited for each project. He ensures transparency takes precedence and is at the heart of the company culture. The structure and disciplined approach enables the team to execute on the select types of high end projects taken on. Taylor also leads the acquisition, capitalization, and development of our speculative projects. He has sponsored in excess of $1.035BN of real estate projects throughout his career. Taylor is very passionate about giving back to the community. He’s actively involved in Africa New Life, an organization that sponsors and provides the ability for children in Rwanda to attend school K-12 as well as college. Taylor and his wife, Claire, live in Austin and love to take road trips in their camper van, climb, and ski.
Ryan Bates - Vice President
Born and bred in Austin, TX, Ryan is energized by piecing together architectural masterpieces. Ryan has built some of the finest homes in the Austin area over the past 20+ years with home values well in excess of $30MM. He has a passion for pursuing and maintaining the utmost quality in all aspects of the building process. This unrelenting pursuit is seen in his client interaction, leadership of field and office personnel, and the execution of construction standards and practices. Ryan graduated from Texas A&M in 2003 and spent a decade at Dalgleish Construction where he built some of the finest architectural homes in the Austin area. Ryan and his wife, Courtney, live in Austin with their 3 kids. When he’s not at work you may find Ryan out on the golf course or on Lake Austin surfing with friends.
